This website is quite underwhelming for anyone who is serious about learning English properly. First off, the site itself looks outdated and isn't particularly user-friendly. Navigating through the different sections feels like you're working with software from the early 2000s. Also, the lessons are pretty basic and not very deep. If you're at an advanced level, you will find yourself bored with the overly simplistic material. The variety of exercises is very limited, and many of them are repetitive, which doesn't really help in learning a new language comprehensively. The audio quality of the listening exercises is subpar; it almost feels like they were recorded on a phone in someone's garage. Another big issue is the lack of interaction with native speakers. There's no option for real-time conversation or feedback from qualified teachers, which is crucial for language learning. They offer some chat options, but it’s just text-based and doesn't come close to real conversations. Moreover, the customer service is nearly non-existent. I tried reaching out for assistance multiple times, only to receive delayed or no responses. It's very frustrating when you need help and there's no one available. On top of that, the subscription fees are quite high for the quality of service provided. Honestly, I expected better for the amount they're charging. There are definitely better options out there that offer more comprehensive learning experiences at a similar or even lower price point. I can't recommend this service to anyone serious about learning English. There are much better tools and platforms available that provide higher quality resources and better support for learners at all levels.
I used Easy English Service and was not impressed. The lessons felt outdated and the materials were not very engaging. Customer service was slow to respond to my issues and the prices were a bit high for what they offer. Look elsewhere for better options.
