Pas du tout satisfait de leur service. Le service client est lent et peu réactif. J'ai eu un problème avec ma couverture et il a fallu une éternité pour le résoudre. 😞
L'assurance pour matériel informatique est top ! J'ai eu un sinistre et tout a été réglé très rapidement. Bravo pour l'efficacité !
J'ai choisi La Cordée 2022 pour son offre sur mesure. Les prix sont vraiment ajustés à mes besoins. Cependant, un peu plus d'options pour les petites entreprises serait bienvenu.
La Cordée 2022 est une assurance géniale pour les petites entreprises. J'ai trouvé leur processus de souscription très rapide et facile. En seulement quelques clics, j'avais tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour protéger mon entreprise. Je recommande vivement !
Omg, I'm really disappointed with this site. The homepage looks promising but it just goes downhill from there. I tried setting up insurance for my small business, and the process was such a headache. First off, the information was scattered everywhere; I spent way too much time just trying to find basic details. The user interface is really confusing with buttons and links that don’t make any sense. Whenever I clicked 'Learn More', I was redirected to another page that didn't answer my questions at all. Also, customer support is basically non-existent. I sent multiple emails and tried calling multiple times, and it's always some automated response with no real help. I was looking for something quick and easy, but the application process was incredibly tedious. I had to refill the same forms multiple times because the site kept glitching and erasing my data. Seriously, who designed this? The prices are also all over the place, with no clear indication of what I'm actually going to end up paying. There are hidden fees that only show up at the last minute. For a site that claims to make insurance simple, it does the exact opposite. I ended up going to a competitor who at least has a clear and straightforward process. If you value your time and sanity, don't use this site. You'll end up frustrated and empty-handed like I did. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Easily one of the worst experiences I've had online in a while. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Even as a last resort.
Franchement, j'trouve qu'c'est hyper pratique pour un auto-entrepreneur comme moi. Rien à redire, tout est nickel. Je recommande !
Je suis déçu par le service. Les prix sont bien trop élevés pour ce qui est proposé et la couverture n'est pas aussi complète qu'annoncée. De plus, le support par téléphone a été peu agréable. 😞
