Oh man, I was really hoping for a better experience with Druckermax, but I ended up bein' pretty disappointed. First off, the website's navigation is super confusing. Like, I kept clickin' around tryin' to find the printer ink I needed, but the categories and filters just weren't helpful at all. Also, the product descriptions are kinda vague. I was lookin' for details about compatibility and page yield, but there wasn’t enough info to make a confident purchase. I even tried reachin' out to customer support to get some help, but no response. That was a big bummer. Then there's the issue with the prices. I thought I was gettin' a good deal because they had some offers on the homepage, but when I actually got to the checkout, the discounts didn’t apply correctly. I ended up payin' more than I expected, which left a sour taste in my mouth. And the shipping? Super slow. I placed an order thinkin' it would arrive in a few days, but it took more than a week. By the time it arrived, I had already given up and bought ink from a local store. When the package did arrive, it was kinda messed up. The ink cartridges were just thrown in there without much padding; one of 'em actually leaked. Lastly, the actual ink quality wasn’t great. The prints came out kinda streaky, and some colors didn’t even look right at all. It's pretty frustrating when you go through all this hassle and the product doesn’t even deliver as promised. Sorry, Druckermax, but I definitely won't be orderin' from you again.
Leider war meine Erfahrung mit DruckerMax sehr enttäuschend. Die Lieferung dauerte viel länger als erwartet, und die Informationen auf der Website waren unklar. Die Qualität des Druckers war auch nicht überzeugend. Ich werde hier nicht nochmal bestellen.
