I have to say, I didn't have the best experience with my purchase from Dr. Martens’ website. First of all, the site is really hard to navigate. Like, seriously? It took me forever to find the shoes I was looking for because the categories and filters are just a mess. And once you finally find something you like, the product descriptions are super vague. I mean, come on, I want to know more about the materials and fitting before spending so much money on a pair of shoes. When it comes to checkout, it’s another hassle. The payment process is confusing, and I had to try several times before it actually went through. Maybe it was a technical issue, but it was really frustrating. Plus, the shipping is way too slow for what you’re paying. It took nearly two weeks to get my order, which is just not acceptable these days. Then there’s the customer service, which is terrible. I tried contacting them about my order status and got no response for days. When they finally replied, they weren’t helpful at all and didn’t seem to care about my concerns. Now about the quality of the shoes, I honestly expected better. They weren’t as comfortable as advertised and the stitching was already coming undone after just a couple weeks of use. For the price, I was expecting something more durable and well-made. All in all, pretty disappointed, would not recommend unless they seriously improve their website and customer service.
These boots are not worth the hype. Purchased my pair last month, and they started falling apart within a few weeks. Poor quality for the price. Very disappointed.
