I recently made my first purchase from dressed.dk, hoping to find some stylish items at reasonable prices, but my experience was very disappointing. The website is fairly easy to navigate, and I’ll admit that the product images looked pretty nice. However, that’s where the positives end. Delivery was way too slow. The estimated delivery time was supposed to be 5-7 days, but my order didn't arrive until nearly three weeks later. When I finally received my package, I was very disappointed with the quality of the clothing. The fabrics felt cheap and uncomfortable on my skin, definitely not as premium as they appeared on the site. Sizes were also an issue. Even though I followed the size guide carefully, the items I received were either too tight or awkwardly loose. A major downside was the customer service. I tried to reach out via the provided email and phone number, and it took several attempts to get any response. When I finally got through, the support was unhelpful and curt, making me feel like my concerns were not a priority. To top it off, the return process was a nightmare. The instructions were unclear, and I had to pay for the return shipping out of my own pocket, which feels unreasonable given the disappointing quality of the products. Overall, the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the hassle. I was expecting much better from an online shop that markets itself as offering quality and style. I won’t be shopping here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. Spend your money elsewhere where you know you can trust the quality and service.
Jeg ville virkelig gerne have elsket Dress'd, men tøjkvaliteten er simpelthen under standard. Deres kjoler ser fantastiske ud på billederne, men stoffet føles billigt og holder ikke formen efter første vask. Kundeservicen var også ret langsom til at svare. Meget skuffende oplevelse.
