As a shooter and sports enthusiast, I was quite excited to explore the Double Alpha website for some new gear. However, my experience with it has been pretty disappointing. First off, the website's navigation is quite confusing. Finding what you actually need takes way more time than it should because of the poorly organized categories. Products are not where you would logically expect them to be, and the search function is hit-or-miss at best. You typically have to sift through a bunch of irrelevant results to find what you're looking for. Secondly, the description and details provided for the products are often lacking crucial information. You end up having to do more detective work than you should, just to make an informed purchase. Also, the images are not always clear and don’t show the product angles that would be actually helpful. When it comes to pricing, I found that many items are overpriced compared to other similar sites. While I understand that quality products can come at a premium, I don't think the markup on this website is justified. Plus, there have been several instances where I've found the same product at a significantly lower price elsewhere. The customer service is really something that irked me. I reached out via email about an issue with one of my orders, and the response time was incredibly slow. When I finally did get a reply, the support team wasn’t very helpful or accommodating. They seemed more interested in getting me off their back rather than solving the issue at hand. Lastly, the return policy is restrictive and quite frankly, a hassle to deal with. They're not very accommodating if you're not satisfied with your purchase, which is something you really need to consider before deciding to buy anything from here. Overall, Double Alpha felt like a swing and a miss for me. With so many better options available, I doubt I'll be coming back here anytime soon.
I was really looking forward to trying out the AlphaX Holster, but I have to say I was disappointed. The quality was not what I expected for the price. It feels flimsy and not durable enough for regular use. Also, customer service was not helpful when I tried to get a replacement. Overall, not worth it.
