I recently had the misfortune of shopping at Dirosa.store, and I have to say it has been quite a disappointing experience. First off, the layout of the website is quite confusing and not user-friendly at all. It takes a while to find the categories one is looking for, and even then, the product descriptions are often lacking in detail. This makes it really difficult to get a sense of what you're actually buying, especially if it’s something like clothing where sizes and materials matter a lot. When it comes to the product quality, that’s another huge letdown. The items I received looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The colors were off, and the material felt cheap and scratchy. I ordered a couple of T-shirts and accessories, and honestly, they seemed like something you’d find at a bargain bin at a local flea market. To make matters worse, the delivery took forever. The website claimed a shipping time of 7-10 business days, but my order took almost a month to arrive, with no updates or clear communication from the store. I reached out to their customer service multiple times and received generic responses that did little to address my concerns. Moreover, returning items is another nightmare. The return policy is vague, and the process is cumbersome. I had to pay the return shipping fee myself, and I’m still waiting to get a refund weeks after sending the items back. Overall, my shopping experience with Dirosa.store was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this site to anyone looking for a hassle-free and reliable shopping experience. There are many better options out there that offer better quality products, clearer communication, and more efficient customer service.
Je suis vraiment déçu par ce magasin. Les produits sont de mauvaise qualité et les descriptions en ligne sont trompeuses. J'ai commandé un pull et il est arrivé avec des trous! Service client inexistant. Évitez à tout prix.
