Let's talk about the shipping next—what a nightmare. It took almost two weeks for my order to arrive, even though the website claimed it would be delivered within 3-5 business days. That kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when you're eagerly waiting for something. When I tried to contact customer service to inquire about the delay, I was met with unresponsive and rude replies. It's as if they don't care about their customers once they've made the sale. Moreover, the products I received were poorly packaged, and one of the vape liquids had leaked all over the box. When I wanted to return it, the return process was another hassle.
