Not very satisfied with the quality of the products. Ordered a pair of running shoes and they wore out within a month. 😟 Customer service was also unhelpful.
Honestly, I am quite disappointed with my recent purchase from Deporvillage. Firstly, the website experience was far from satisfactory. The navigation was clunky, and finding specific items took way longer than it should have. The search function seems to be more of a hassle than a help, often redirecting me to unrelated products. When I finally placed my order, I was shocked at the shipping speed. It took over two weeks for my package to arrive, which is unacceptable for today’s standards. They claim to offer quick shipping, but that was far from my experience. Then there’s the issue with the product itself. I ordered a pair of cycling gloves, and when they arrived, they were the wrong size and didn’t match the description on the website. The material feels cheap and looks nothing like the photos online, which makes me question the authenticity of the items being sold. I reached out to customer service, and they were extremely unhelpful. It took multiple emails and excessive waiting times just to get a vague, generic response. They didn’t provide any real solution or compensation for the inconvenience caused. I finally decided to return the item, but even the return process was complicated and tedious. Overall, my experience with Deporvillage has been disappointing from start to finish. I expected higher quality service and products, given the prices they charge. I would not recommend this site to anyone based on my experience. There are better, more reliable options out there that respect their customers' time and money. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
