Also this website was just not my cup of tea at all! I had heard about Dattel Bär and was curious to check out their selection, but boy was I disappointed. The homepage itself is overwhelming with way too many options and not enough organization. It took me forever to find what I was looking for, and even then it wasn't clear if I had found the right thing. The pictures are blurry and the descriptions are lacking in detail, so you're basically guessing what you're getting. The actual ordering process is a nightmare; it seemed like it kept adding random items to my cart and I had to start over multiple times. Once I finally managed to place an order, the confirmation email had incorrect details which had to be corrected by calling their customer service, which was another ordeal. The person I spoke to was rude and not helpful at all, treating my issue like it was a bother to them. When the package finally arrived after what seemed like an eternity, the dates were not fresh and some were even moldy. It's shocking considering their premium prices. The overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't think I will be coming back. There are so many other better-organized websites that offer better customer service and fresher products. This one just didn't meet my expectations at all!

Die Qualität der BIO Datteln ist hervorragend. Jedoch fand ich die Lieferung etwas langsam. Trotzdem sind die Produkte top notch! :)
Ich war sehr enttäuscht von dem Service. Die Website ist schwer zu navigieren und die Informationen sind nicht klar. Dazu kommt, dass die Produkte nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprachen. Ich werde hier nicht wieder einkaufen.

Ganz schreckliche Erfahrung! Die Datteln waren trocken und alt. Sehr enttäuschend. Nicht zu empfehlen.
Die Datteln schmecken okay, aber sie sind teurer als ähnliche Produkte in anderen Geschäften. Preis-Leistung könnte besser sein.
