I recently had a pretty unpleasant experience with Cymarc Bike Parts. The website looks quite flashy and promises high-quality parts for motorbikes, but the actual service falls short. I ordered a set of bike guards, and the delivery was much slower than advertised. It took almost three weeks! When the parts finally arrived, they were damaged and poorly packaged. The customer service was terrible. They were slow to respond and seemed uninterested in solving the problem. I had to send several emails and wait for days to get a reply. When they finally responded, they simply said to return the item at my expense, which is ridiculous given the condition it arrived in. The parts themselves were not as high-quality as they appeared on the website. The finish was rough, and the fit wasn't perfect. For the price I paid, I expected a lot more. I've had better experiences with cheaper alternatives. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone looking for reliable motorcycle parts. It's really disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to upgrading my bike. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
I ordered some bike parts from Cymarc and was really disappointed. The delivery was super slow and the parts didn't even fit my bike properly. Customer service was not helpful either. Wouldn’t recommend.👎
