Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on CrackDeal. The website design is very cluttered and outdated, which makes navigation a huge headache. It feels like it was designed a decade ago and hasn’t been updated since. Even finding the products that I was interested in was a challenge due to the poor categorization and search functionality. It’s as if they never heard of user experience. To make matters worse, the loading speed of the pages is painfully slow. I attempted to browse multiple times, and each time had to wait for almost half a minute for the pages to load. This is unacceptable in today’s high-speed internet world. Additionally, the product descriptions are either too vague or overly complicated, offering minimal useful information. Hence, it’s hard to make an informed purchasing decision. When I finally managed to order something, the checkout process was another ordeal. The payment gateway seemed unreliable and took forever to process my payment, leaving me worried if the transaction even went through. Customer service is equally dismal. When I reached out to them for some clarity, I faced long wait times and unhelpful responses. It felt like they either didn’t understand my issues or just didn’t care enough to offer a real solution. They seriously need to step up their customer care aspect, as this is a major turn-off. Lastly, the shipping took longer than anticipated, and the package arrived in poor condition. For the relatively high prices on the site, one would expect much better quality service and presentation. Overall, I would give CrackDeal a 1-star rating. There's a lot of space for improvement in almost every single aspect from website design to customer service.
Unfortunately, my experience with CrackDeal has been quite disappointing. The website was slow and confusing to navigate. The products did not match the descriptions, leaving me dissatisfied. I would not recommend this service to others.
