Really disapointed with the ComputerDream service. Took two weeks to get my laptop repaired, and when I got it back, it still had issues. Can't recommend them. 😕
This website was a real letdown. First off, the navigation is overly complicated. Trying to find simple information like product specifications or customer service contact details took way longer than it should. The design is cluttered and the search function is unreliable, often showing irrelevant results. It feels like they haven't updated the layout in years; visually unappealing with outdated graphics and most of the pages load super slowly. The product descriptions are often vague and don't provide enough detail to make an informed purchase, leaving me to look elsewhere for more information. Plus, the overall color scheme is eye-straining and the text fonts are inconsistent. Customer service is another big issue. When I finally managed to get in touch with them after multiple failed attempts, the representative was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. I had ordered a laptop and received incorrect tracking information, and the customer service person just kept giving me generic responses without actually looking into the problem. It took over two weeks for my laptop to arrive, and when it finally did, it was not the model I had ordered. Getting this sorted out was a hassle, with no compensation or apology offered. The prices seemed okay at first, but considering the headache and poor service, it's definitely not worth it. Many other online tech stores offer better user experiences and customer support. I won't be coming back to this site anytime soon.
