The coach rental service was disappointing. The bus was old and uncomfortable, making the trip quite unpleasant. The driver was not particularly friendly either. I expected better for the price we paid. 🙁
I recently used the services of CoachRental.eu, and I must say my experience was rather disappointing. First off, the website itself is not easy to navigate; the design feels outdated and very cluttered, making it difficult to find the information I was looking for. When I finally managed to book my coach, the confirmation took way too long to arrive, leaving me anxious about whether my booking was even processed. On the day of the trip, the coach arrived late, which impacted our schedule significantly. Inside the coach, it wasn't as clean as I had expected, and some of the amenities that were promised, like Wi-Fi, didn't work at all. The driver was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in providing any kind of customer service. I also found the pricing to be quite high for the quality of service delivered. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that I wouldn't recommend to others. Improvements definitely need to be made in terms of customer service, website usability, and service reliability. I hope the company takes these reviews seriously to improve their service standards.
