I was really excited to try Chicwish after seeing their cute designs, but my experience was honestly quite disappointing. First off, the shipping took forever. I had to wait nearly a month for my order to arrive, which is totally unacceptable in this day and age. When the package finally arrived, the quality of the clothes was a major letdown. The material felt cheap and thin, nothing like the pictures on the website. One of the tops I ordered even had a small hole in it! As if that wasn't enough, the sizing is all over the place. I made sure to check the size chart carefully, but the fit was completely off. Some items were too big, others too small, and it just seemed like a gamble whether anything would fit properly. On top of that, customer service was not helpful at all. I reached out to them about the defective top, and it took days for them to respond. When they finally did, they weren't willing to offer a fair solution. They suggested I pay for return shipping, which would cost almost as much as the item itself. The return policy is really inconvenient and doesn't make sense in terms of cost-effectiveness. Overall, I feel like Chicwish is more of a hit-or-miss kind of shop, but mostly miss in my case. Considering the high price point and the poor quality, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. There are plenty of other online retailers that offer better quality and customer service without the long waiting times and sizing issues. I'll definitely think twice before ordering anything from Chicwish again. It’s a real shame because their clothes look great online, but the reality just doesn’t match up.

I was super excited to try out Chicwish, but I’m pretty unimpressed. The quality of the clothes doesn't match the price at all. I ordered a dress and the stitching was already coming apart when I received it. Also, the shipping was quite slow. Not ordering again.
