I recently tried using chemicalsale.info to purchase some chemicals for my lab experiments and to be honest, the experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the website’s interface is cluttered and very confusing to navigate. It's hard to find what you're looking for, and the search function doesn't work well at all. I tried searching for a specific chemical by its name, but it brought up irrelevant results, making the whole process unnecessarily frustrating. The product descriptions lack crucial details about the chemicals, including safety data and proper handling instructions, which are essential for making informed purchasing decisions. This omission is quite irresponsible, considering the potential hazards associated with handling chemicals. Furthermore, the shipping took ages. Their delivery timelines are completely misleading. When I placed my order, I was given an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days, but my package didn’t arrive until almost three weeks later. This delay severely impacted my project timeline. To make matters worse, their customer service is virtually non-existent. I tried contacting them multiple times via email and phone regarding the delay, but I received no response. It's like talking to a brick wall. On top of all this, the prices are not competitive. I found the same chemicals on other websites for a lot cheaper. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend chemicalsale.info to anyone needing reliable and detailed chemical supplies. Save your time and money by shopping elsewhere.

The website chemicalsale.info was a big letdown. I was expecting a wide selection of chemicals, but the options were very limited and overpriced. The user interface is confusing and difficult to navigate. Overall, not worth the time or money. Very disapointed 😠.
