I was really disappointed with chain.report. I don't know what I was expecting but the experience fell short in so many ways. First of all, the navigation is a nightmare. Every time I tried to find basic information, I ended up in a loop, clicking multiple links that seemed to take me nowhere. It's just not intuitive at all, and I wonder if they've even tested it with real users. The UI is cluttered and makes it seem like they just threw elements together without much thought for the user experience. On top of that, slow load times were very frustrating too. Every page took ages to load, which is especially irritating when you are trying to get things done quickly.
