This website is a huge disappointment. I visited cgarsltd.co.uk looking to purchase some quality cigars, but my experience was far from satisfactory. First off, the website layout is cluttered and not intuitive at all. It took me ages to find what I was looking for, and even when I did, the categorization of products was extremely confusing. The whole site feels outdated, like it’s been stuck in a time warp from the early 2000s. Customer service is another area where they fall short. I had some questions about one of the products and tried to use their contact form. It took days for them to reply, and when they finally did, the response was generic and unhelpful. No effort was made to address my specific concerns. I mean, if you’re going to run an online business, at least be prompt and efficient with customer queries. The product descriptions were hit-or-miss. Some items had detailed information, but others had almost nothing. How am I supposed to decide on a purchase with minimal information? The pictures were also poor in quality, which is unacceptable for a premium product like cigars. Pricing is another nightmare. The prices are steep, and while I understand that quality cigars come at a price, I didn't feel like I was getting good value for my money. Shipping costs added even more to my total, and to top it off, the delivery was late. When the cigars finally arrived, some were damaged, which is completely unacceptable for the price I paid. Seriously, if you are looking for a reliable place to buy cigars online, I would recommend steering clear of this site. There are better, more efficient websites out there that value customer satisfaction and quality service. All in all, a very frustrating experience that I won’t be repeating.

I ordered some cigars from C.Gars Ltd, but they arrived very late and in poor condition. Definitey not worth the price I paid. Very disappointed.
