I'm genuinely disappointed with my experience on Cazana. The website is aesthetically pleasing, but the functionality leaves a lot to be desired. First off, navigating through the categories felt like a maze. Some products were listed under multiple categories, making it confusing to find what I was looking for. Not to mention, the search function is incredibly basic – simple keywords often yielded irrelevant results, making the entire shopping experience frustrating. Then there's the matter of product quality. I ordered a few items, expecting them to match the detailed descriptions and high-quality images. Sadly, what arrived was subpar, to say the least. One product had visible defects, which were not mentioned anywhere in the description, leading me to question the credibility of the product listings. Moreover, the delivery time was excessively long. The website promised delivery within a week, but it took nearly three weeks for my items to arrive. Whenever I attempted to contact customer support to inquire about the status of my order, I was met with automated responses that didn't address my concerns. Speaking of customer support, it was virtually nonexistent. There's an option to chat with a representative, but I was put on hold for over an hour without a single response. I eventually resorted to emailing them, but even then, the replies were generic and did not provide any immediate solutions. On top of this, the return policy is quite unclear. The terms and conditions are written in such a complicated manner that it feels like they're deliberately trying to dissuade customers from returning items. When I did attempt to return an item, I was informed that I would have to cover the return shipping cost, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the returns page. Overall, I regret spending my money on Cazana. The lack of clear communication, poor product quality, and dreadful customer support make it a store I will not be revisiting. I would advise potential customers to be cautious and perhaps look elsewhere for better shopping experiences.

Je ne suis pas satisfait des produits de Cazana Store. La qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. J'ai commandé plusieurs articles et certains étaient légèrement abîmés. 😕 Je ne recommande pas ce site.
