I recently visited the website Cartage.club expecting a seamless and enjoyable experience, but was unfortunately left quite disappointed. At first glance, the website seems promising with its modern design and user-friendly interface, but once you delve deeper, the flaws become more apparent. The site is cluttered with unnecessary advertisements, which significantly slows down the loading times. It is incredibly frustrating to navigate through pages as the constant pop-ups and ads interrupt the flow and make the whole experience tedious. Additionally, the search functionality is subpar. It often returns irrelevant results, making it time-consuming to find specific items or information. This is particularly annoying when you’re in a hurry and need quick access to particular content. Another critical issue is the lack of updated content. Several sections appear to be outdated, with posts and information that haven’t been refreshed in months. This gives the impression that the site is neglected and not well-maintained. Furthermore, I encountered several broken links and errors while browsing, which only added to my frustration. Customer support is also lacking. I tried reaching out with a query through their contact form, but despite multiple attempts, I never received a response. This level of customer service is unacceptable for any online platform, especially one that aims to attract and retain users. Finally, while the website does have potential, these numerous issues overshadow any positive aspects. The overall user experience is mediocre at best, and I would not recommend Cartage.club unless these significant problems are addressed. It’s a shame because the site could be quite useful and enjoyable if it were better managed and maintained. Hopefully, the administrators take note of these common issues and work towards improving the user experience for future visitors.
Le concept est génial mais dommage que la souscription soit uniquement en ligne. Tout le monde n'est pas à l'aise avec Internet. Sinon, rien à redire.
Pas content du tout! L'assurance n'a pas couvert tous les dégâts lors d'un accident. Service client impossible à joindre. Très déçu.
Cartage est super utile pour emprunter une voiture de temps en temps sans stress. Souscription facile et rapide, contrat clair. Très satisfaite! 😃
J'ai utilisé Cartage pour la première fois la semaine dernière et c'était vraiment simple! En deux minutes, tout était fait. Pas cher et très pratique pour des petits trajets! Je recommande!
Je suis désolé mais le service d’assurance Cartage ne m’a pas satisfait. J'ai trouvé que les conditions de souscription étaient assez confuses, et le processus d'annulation a été compliqué. De plus, 5€ par jour reste quand même cher pour une assurance temporaire. Globalement, une moyenne expérience.
