This website left me very disappointed. I was excited to order some premium coffee for my mornings, but the whole process turned out to be a frustrating experience. First of all, the website is confusing and hard to navigate. It takes forever to find what you're looking for because the categories are not clearly labeled, and the search function rarely shows relevant results. When I finally found a product I wanted, the checkout process was a nightmare. The site kept glitching and wouldn't let me complete my purchase. I had to attempt it multiple times before it eventually went through, and by then I was already annoyed. Another huge issue I had was with the customer service. When my order eventually arrived, one of the bags of coffee was missing. I contacted their customer service through email and I didn't get a response for a whole week. When I finally did get a reply, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue, they blamed me for not checking my order details properly. This kind of attitude towards customers is totally unacceptable. The coffee itself was quite underwhelming too. Given the price I paid, I expected a high-quality product. But the beans were stale and lacked the rich aroma you expect from premium coffee. It honestly didn't taste much better than the cheap supermarket variety. I had high hopes for this site since it seemed specialized and promising, but the overall experience was quite poor. I won't be ordering from there again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience or quality coffee.
Caffè di pessima qualità e servizio clienti scortese. Ho ordinato una confezione di caffè e il gusto era amaro, niente a che vedere con quello descritto sul sito. 😡 Il supporto clienti non ha fatto nulla per risolvere il problema. Non consiglio.
