Il sito è molto confuso e difficile da navigare. Non sono riuscito a trovare ciò che mi serviva nonostante diverse ricerche.
Non consiglio questo sito, molti prodotti erano esauriti e ci sono voluti giorni per trovare una sostituzione adeguata. 😩

This website, caddys.it, is really disappointing. The overall experience was just meh. I was hoping to find some really cool and unique products, but the selection was pretty lackluster. The site is mostly in Italian, which wasn't a problem for me, but it still didn't make up for the poor quality of the products. I found the layout to be quite cluttered and confusing to navigate. The categories were not well-organized, making it hard to find what I was looking for quickly. Another annoyance was that the search function didn’t always bring up the most relevant results. I had to scroll through pages of irrelevant items before finding what I wanted. Also, the website loads pretty slowly, which can be really frustrating, especially when you’re in a hurry. One of the biggest letdowns was the customer service. I had questions about a product and when I tried to reach out, the response was slow and not very helpful. It felt like they weren’t really interested in helping customers. The shipping times were also longer than expected. I was told that my package would arrive in 5-7 days, but it took almost two weeks. This was really inconvenient as I needed the items for a specific date. Additionally, the quality of the products once they arrived was not up to par. Some items looked very different from what was advertised online and felt cheaply made. In terms of pricing, I also found it to be higher than other similar websites. Considering the quality and the overall experience, it just didn’t seem worth it. I also had an issue with one item being out of stock, even though it was listed as available on the website. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this site to others unless they really can't find what they're looking for elsewhere. There are definitely better options out there with better service and higher quality products.
