Also, I don't wanna be too critical, but seriously, my experience with Brandnooz was more frustrating than anything else. The website looks fancy and all, but navigating through it is a pain. I thought I would discover some really cool new products, but the selection was super limited and mostly boring stuff you can find in any supermarket. Come on, if you're gonna call yourself "Brandnooz," at least introduce me to something genuinely new! The subscription service is another mess. I signed up thinking I'd get a variety of snazzy gourmet items each month, but nope! I got the same types of snacks over and over again. I don't need ten different kinds of pretzels, thanks. And the delivery times are insane! It always takes way longer than they say it will. Last time, I had to wait almost three weeks for my box. Ridiculous. The customer service is another disaster. I tried reaching out a couple of times to ask about the delays, and the responses I got were slow and unhelpful. They genuinely don't seem to care about their customers. For a service that's supposed to be all about surprise and delight, it was more like frustration and disappointment. Also, the price point? Way too high for what you're getting. If you're paying a premium, you expect premium products and service, and that was definitely not the case here. At the end of the day, I'm just feeling ripped off. If you're thinking about giving Brandnooz a try, I seriously wouldn't recommend it. Save your money and just explore the snack aisle at your local grocery store. Much less hassle and disappointment, trust me.
Die Classic Box war eine Enttäuschung. Viele Produkte waren altmodisch und geschmacklich langweilig. Habe mehr Vielfalt und bessere Qualität erwartet. Der Preis ist auch nicht gerechtfertigt für das, was man bekommt. Werde nicht nochmal bestellen.
