I recently had a rather disappointing experience with borneforyou.co and regrettably, I can't give it more than 2 stars. First off, the website is aesthetically pleasing and seems to offer a range of products tailored to parents and babies. However, my issue started when I tried to navigate through their selection. The website's interface is quite laggy, which makes browsing through different categories frustrating. I encountered frequent loading problems and occasional glitches that caused some of the product pages to not load at all. This really impeded my ability to make a purchase. Secondly, the product descriptions are quite sparse. It would be helpful if there were more detailed information about the materials used, manufacturing process, and care instructions. As a parent, these details are crucial for me to decide whether a product is safe and suitable for my baby. Additionally, even though the images are high quality, they lacked multiple angles and did not show the products in use. The lack of user reviews and ratings on products also adds to the hesitation in making a purchase. Furthermore, the checkout process was not smooth. I experienced issues with applying promotional codes that were advertised on the homepage. The discount would apply at one point and then vanish suddenly at the payment screen. Upon contacting customer service, it took them several days to respond, only to be provided with generic troubleshooting steps that didn’t resolve my issue. Lastly, the shipping information is not very transparent. There isn't a clear breakdown of the shipping options and delivery times unless you dig deep into the FAQ section. Given the numerous online stores available, I expected more efficiency and transparency. Unfortunately, borneforyou.co did not live up to the convenience and professionalism I anticipated. I hope they can address these issues as the products do look promising and it’s evident that a lot of care has been put into the design. Until then, I’m hesitant to make future purchases.

I was really disappointed with the quality of the products from BorneForYou. The material felt cheap, and the sizes were not accurate. On top of that, the shipping took forever. I expected much more for the price I paid.
