First of all, navigating through the Blaek Coffee website was a headache. It took forever to load, and when it finally did, it was far from user-friendly. The layout is cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. Now, coming to the products, I ordered the Blaek Coffee Solo Starter Set which promised a unique coffee experience. What a letdown! The package arrived late and the product was nothing special. The taste of the coffee was bland and lacked the rich flavors it promised. I have had much better coffee at half the price. Also, they claim to have high-quality beans, but honestly, it tasted no different than regular supermarket coffee. There was no remarkable aroma, no distinct flavor profile—just an ordinary cup of coffee. The worst part was their customer service. I tried to contact them regarding my delivery issue, and it took ages to get a response. When they did respond, the reply was unhelpful and seemed automated. I also noticed several grammatical errors in their response, which doesn't inspire confidence in their professionalism. As for the accessories included in the starter set, they felt cheap and flimsy. The coffee dripper was made of poor-quality plastic and looked like it would break easily with regular use. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and look for better options elsewhere. I expected a lot more from a supposedly premium brand like Blaek Coffee.
Der BLÆK Coffee ist echt eine Enttäusschung. Es ist zwar praktisch für unterwegs, aber der Geschmack ist überhaupt nicht überzeugend und viel zu teuer. Schmeckt nicht besser als billiger Instant-Kaffee. Zwei Sterne maximal.
