Wow, what a disappointing experience I had with BitAngelHomes! I was really expecting a lot more from a company that seemed so promising. First of all, the website is incredibly slow. It takes forever for the pages to load, and it’s an absolute pain to navigate through the different sections. I was looking for a new apartment, and I thought it would be easy to find something based on their descriptions, but the information provided was either outdated or just plain wrong. I contacted customer service to get more details on a property I was interested in, only to be met with unhelpful and frankly rude responses. It felt like they just didn't care about helping a potential customer. Moreover, the photos of the properties are misleading. They make the apartments look a lot nicer than they actually are. I went to visit a couple of places and was shocked to see the difference. The maintenance of these properties is clearly not a priority for BitAngelHomes. Another major issue is the lack of transparency regarding fees and additional costs. When I finally decided on a place I liked, I found out there were hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront. This kind of shady practice is not acceptable. Lastly, the overall design of the website is not user-friendly. The layout is confusing, and the search filters are not very effective. It made the whole process of searching for a home unnecessarily frustrating. I ended up finding an apartment through another service that was much more professional and straightforward. I would not recommend BitAngelHomes to anyone looking for a reliable and transparent real estate service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. This was such a waste of my time and energy.
