I was really disappointed with my experience on bestinthebox.de. The website is difficult to navigate, and it looks cluttered and outdated. I thought I would find a wide variety of products with good deals, but this was not the case. The selection is very limited and there are not many options to choose from. When I tried to place an order, the checkout process was very slow and kept having errors, which was extremely frustrating. It took me multiple attempts just to complete my purchase. Another major issue is the customer service. I had a problem with my order and tried to contact them multiple times through email and phone, but it took days to get a response. When I finally received a reply, the support team was not helpful at all and didn't solve my issue. Additionally, the delivery time was much longer than advertised. It took almost three weeks for my package to arrive, which is unacceptable in today's world where speedy delivery is standard. The product itself was not as described and felt like cheap knock-offs. I honestly think I could have gotten better quality from a local store or another online retailer. The return policy is also very complicated and seems designed to discourage you from attempting to return any items. Overall, I had a very bad shopping experience on this site and I would not recommend it to others. There are plenty of other websites that offer better products, better customer service, and a smoother shopping experience. I will not be shopping here again. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your online shopping needs.
