Also I usually like shopping online, this site was a big dissapointment. First of all, the layout is super confusing and looks like it has been made in early 2000s and never updated. It took me forever to find the products I wanted. When I finally managed to find them, the descriptions were very basic and didn’t provide enough information. It’s like they assume customers already know everything about the products, which totally defeats the purpose of even having descriptions! The worst part was definitely the checkout process. I was trying to complete my purchase and the site just kept glitching. I couldn’t get past the payment page because it kept refreshing itself and showing me error messages. I tried reaching out to customer support, and they took days to respond. When they finally did, their response was super generic and didn’t even address my issue. Also, the shipping options were super limited and way too expensive. I ended up canceling my order out of frustration and went to another website. The prices here are not even that competitive to make up for all these issues. If you value your time and sanity, I recommend you look elsewhere. Unless they make some serious improvements, I can't see myself coming back to this site. Baumarkt Goellnitz needs to seriously step up their game. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience that I wouldn't want to repeat. With all the other options available nowadays, there’s really no reason to put yourself through the hassle of using this site. If you can put up with the outdated design and poor functionality, you might find what you're looking for, but otherwise, steer clear.
Diese Website war eine echte Enttäuschung. Habe versucht, einige Werkzeuge zu bestellen, aber die Benutzeroberfläche war so verwirrend und träge. Die Produktbeschreibungen waren unvollständig und es gab keine klaren Bilder. Werde hier nicht mehr einkaufen.
