Server prices are quite reasonable but the shipping charges are too high. Also, there were no discounts offered, which was disappointing.

This site is just not worth it. I was looking for some affordable hardware and decided to give bargainhardware.co.uk a try. Big mistake. The website looks outdated and is quite difficult to navigate - it's like they haven't updated it for years. The search function is awful and didn't bring up relevant results half the time. When I finally did find what I was looking for, the product descriptions were lacking in detail. This made it hard to know if I was actually getting what I needed. Plus, the pictures are so low quality that you can't even get a good look at the items. I decided to take a chance and place an order anyway. Big mistake number two. The checkout process was a nightmare. First, the site kept glitching, and I had to refresh the page multiple times. When I finally managed to get through that ordeal, I was hit with excessive shipping costs. They aren’t upfront about these costs, which was a nasty surprise for me. After placing my order, I didn't receive any confirmation email for two days. I started to think that maybe my order hadn't gone through. So, I contacted customer service. Their response? Almost non-existent. I had to wait several days just to get a generic reply that didn’t even address my concerns. Eventually, my order did arrive, but it was another disappointment. The packaging was terrible, and the item was not as described. It looked like it had been used, even though it was listed as new. When I tried to arrange a return, customer service was unhelpful yet again, making it more trouble than it was worth. Overall, I would not recommend this site to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and spend a little more money elsewhere for better service and reliable products.

Was expecting a lot more from the refurbished laptops. The condition was poor and battery life is almost non-existent. Prices seemed good but not worth it 😞.
