Baloise.be is overall a disappointing experience. I visited the website with hopes of obtaining reliable and smooth insurance services, but my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the website's layout is confusing. Finding the relevant sections was an ordeal as the navigation is anything but intuitive. It feels like the website was designed with minimal end-user consideration. The text is crammed, the buttons are poorly placed, and it just lacks a contemporary feel. I expected a much sleeker interface, given the era of technology we are in.
