I gotta say, my experience with BackPocket was pretty meh. I was really hopeful about using this site for tracking all my finances and keeping everything in check, but it just didn’t meet my expectations. First off, the interface is super clunky. Every time I tried to navigate between different sections, it lagged a lot, and sometimes it even crashed my browser. The design feels outdated, and not intuitive at all, making it hard to find the features I needed. As someone who isn’t tech-savvy, this was a serious turn-off. Speaking of features, while they do have a lot of them listed, they don’t work seamlessly. For example, the budgeting tools are difficult to sync with my bank accounts. It took forever to set up, and even then, it didn’t pull my transactions correctly. I ended up having to manually input a lot of data which defeats the purpose of using an automated system. The customer support also left much to be desired. I sent a few queries when I was having trouble with syncing, and it took days to get any response. When they did reply, it was generic and didn’t really address my specific issues, so I had to figure things out on my own. Security is another concern. I noticed that they don’t have two-factor authentication set up, which in this day and age feels like a serious oversight, especially when dealing with sensitive financial information. It made me very nervous about trusting the platform with my data. Lastly, the mobile app is just terrible. It’s basically unusable, with frequent crashes and updates that don’t seem to fix any issues. I tried using it for a few days before giving up completely. Overall, I would not recommend BackPocket to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly financial management tool. There are better options out there that actually work and put more effort into user experience and security.

I absolutely love Back Pocket Notebooks! The quality is exceptional, especially the recycled paper they use. The Solar System Gift Box is a must-have for notebook enthusiasts. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I tried the service and honestly, I was disappointed. The navigation was confusing and the customer support seemed uninterested in helping me resolve my issues. Not worth the trouble. I won't be using this again. :(

Company description Back Pocket

Back Pocket Notebooks stands out as a genuine craftsman of notebooks due to its passion for creating educational and well-designed products that fit perfectly into any user's back pocket. This site appears to be an idyllic place for those who consider themselves as diary enthusiasts or simply for those who love having a space to doodle ideas at any time of the day.

At first glance, the site reveals itself to be minimalist and understated while clearly stating its intentions with an offer of free delivery for orders exceeding £20 for the UK and £35 for the rest of the world. A quick detour through different sections like "Notebooks," "Pens," "Custom," and "Blog" shows a beautifully organized variety that helps the user navigate effortlessly through the range of products.

The site highlights a particularly fascinating seasonal product: the set of three notebooks especially dedicated to the Day of the Dead. This thematic approach immediately captivates attention and shows the creator's intention to make each product not only useful but also culturally and historically rich. It's this sense of detail that makes Back Pocket Notebooks transcend simple utility to become a means of continuous learning and discovery.

Another eye-catching product is the "Solar System" gift box consisting of nine pocket notebooks. Not only does the customer enjoy a beautiful set to gift or to treat themselves, but they also embark on an educational journey across the planets. This commitment to educational enlightenment is at the core of the brand's identity, seeking to transform an ordinary object into a medium of visual and tangible learning.

The site also offers a variety of pens with models like the "Lamy Safari," an ideal nib that one could combine with their renowned pocket notebooks. This particularly user-friendly and aesthetic pen seems to be the perfect complement for those wishing to start or perfect the art of handwriting.

Pulp paper enthusiasts can also find happiness with the "Rustic Plain Kraft" notebooks, offered at an extremely affordable price for a set of three. It's a marvel for those wanting to add their personal touch to their notes, without the intervention of bolder designs.

One of the highlights of Back Pocket Notebooks remains the quality of the paper. All their products use certified recycled 120gsm pages that ensure the notes do not bleed through to the other side, offering a high-caliber surface for sketches, ideas, and task lists. This choice further reinforces an eco-friendly philosophy that resonates with modern values of environmental preservation.

Behind this facade of practical products lies the desire to connect with a creative and intellectually curious community. The appeal of this site rests not only on purchasing supplies but on participating in a perpetual educational adventure, where each notebook is an entrance to a new universe of knowledge and personal exploration. Showing their commitment to enriching their customers' experiences, they associate touch and aesthetics with learning and creativity.
