I've recently purchased a refurbished smartphone from the Back Market website, and I must say I am quite disappointed. The phone arrived with visible scratches, although it was advertised as "excellent condition". Additionally, the battery life is absolutely horrible; it barely lasts half a day with moderate use! I contacted customer service to express my concerns, and their response was slow and unhelpful. The representative seemed more interested in pushing me to accept the product as it is, rather than addressing my issues. I eventually had to return the phone, but the process was a nightmare. They took ages to provide return instructions, and once I returned it, I waited almost three weeks to get a refund. During this time, I had to send multiple follow-up emails. The communication was extremely frustrating, and I felt like I was just another number to them. Despite the attractive prices and promises of quality, the experience was far from satisfying. The lack of transparency and poor customer service really left a bad taste in my mouth. I can't recommend Back Market to anyone looking for reliable refurbished electronics. They need to significantly improve their customer service and ensure that their products meet the conditions they advertise. This was supposed to be a cost-effective solution for me, but it ended up being more trouble than it was worth. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.
Disappointed with the service. The refurbished phone I received had several scratches and battery life was terrible. Customer support didn't help.
