Art Gallery Clothing has a fantastic range of knitwear. The Hoban Knitted Cycling Top is my new favorite! Stylish and comfortable.

Honestly, the shirts did not live up to my expectations. The fabric was thin and felt cheap. I expected better for the price.

The website looks good but navigating can be confusing with all the sections. Took me a while to find what I wanted. It’s a bit messy.

The Limited Editions section had some really unique designs but many items were out of stock. I hope they restock soon cause some pieces are just amazing! 🙁

I recently purchased some clothes from Art Gallery Clothing and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. First of all, the website is not very user-friendly; it's hard to navigate and find specific items. The search function provided irrelevant results most of the time, which made shopping really frustrating. I also think the product images and descriptions need a lot of improvement. The pictures do not accurately represent the colors and textures of the clothing, and the sizes are not clearly explained. When my order finally arrived, I was surprised in a bad way. The colors of the clothes were completely different from what I saw on the website, and they looked much cheaper in real life. I bought a shirt that was supposed to be medium size, but it was way too tight, and the quality of the fabric was very poor. It felt like something that would shrink or tear after one or two washes. Speaking of shipping, it took much longer than advertised. According to their site, I should have received my order within 5-7 days, but it took more than two weeks. When I tried to contact their customer service to complain, it was another nightmare. The response time was very slow, and when they did reply, they weren't helpful at all. They just gave me generic answers that didn’t solve any of my problems. On top of that, the return policy is not very clear or customer-friendly. I had to go through a cumbersome process to return the items and get my money back, which made the whole experience even more stressful. I really wanted to like this brand because their designs look interesting, but the poor quality of clothes and bad customer service have put me off completely. I will not be shopping here again and would not recommend it to anyone else either. I'm really disappointed because I had high hopes for this brand.

I recently made a purchase from Art Gallery Clothing after hearing so much about their unique range of retro-inspired menswear. My experience with their Laszlo Polo Shirt was rather mixed. Firstly, the product arrived in a neatly packaged box, and I appreciated the prompt delivery service. The shirt itself looked exactly like the pictures on their website, which was a pleasant surprise. The fabric felt luxurious and breathable - perfect for summer outings. However, my enthusiasm quickly dwindled when I noticed the stitching on one of the sleeves starting to come loose after just a couple of wears 😢. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the price point. As for the fit, it was true to size and very flattering. I received several compliments on the shirt's unique design and vibrant colors whenever I wore it out. The website was easy to navigate, with clear categories and product descriptions. One of the things I liked was the detailed size guide, which helped me choose the right size without any hassle. Their customer service was responsive when I reached out about the stitching issue, but I was not entirely satisfied with their solution. They offered me a small discount on my next purchase instead of an exchange or a repair, which I found a bit lacking in terms of customer care 😕. I understand that not every product can be perfect, but for a brand positioning itself as premium, this was a letdown. Would I shop here again? Maybe, but I’d be cautious about the quality and double-check customer reviews before making another purchase. In summary, a mixed bag - great design and fabric, but workmanship and customer service need improvement.

I recently bought a jacket from Art Gallery Clothing, and I am quite disappointed. The quality does not match the price, and the fit is awkward. Also, the delivery was very slow and customer service was not helpful at all. Will not be buying again.
