I'm honestly very disappointed with Alpha Capital Group. To begin with, their website is overly complicated and frustrating to navigate. Information that should be easily accessible is buried under layers of confusing menus and submenus. It's almost like they don’t want you to find anything! Another issue is the lack of transparency. They make big promises about returns on investments, but the actual figures are never clearly presented. I had to dig through pages of jargon-laden reports just to get a basic understanding of their performance. And even then, it wasn't entirely clear. Customer support is another major letdown. I tried reaching out multiple times with some basic questions and every time I was met with either long delays or generic responses that didn’t address my concerns at all. For a company that claims to be top-tier, their customer support is definitely subpar. Furthermore, their fees are exorbitant. When you finally manage to find them, the fees seem to be higher than industry standards, and there’s little-to-no justification provided for why. They just expect you to pay up and not ask questions. The educational materials they provide are also lacking. They tout themselves as being great for new investors, but the resources available are basic at best and often out of date. It feels like they made an effort once and then forgot about it. Overall, I regret ever considering Alpha Capital Group for my investment needs. There are much better options out there that offer transparency, reasonable fees, and better customer service. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

The "advanced trading analytics" promised by Alpha Capital Group fell short. The dashboard is not intuitive and is often slow to update. Although they offer 1-on-1 risk reviews, the support team is hard to reach, and even when they are available, advice given is quite basic and unhelpful. I found myself struggling more than succeeding with their supposed tools.👎

Neat platform but could be better. Some features are great, but their customer service needs a lot of work. Frequently takes too long to respond. For a professional trading environment, I expected more.

Too many features to navigate! Had a hard time figuring out all the tools and dashboards. A simpler interface would go a long way. Until then, I can't give it more than 2 stars.

The platform is OK, but sometimes it feels too complex for beginners. The dashboard has a lot of options and might be overwhelming if you are not used to such tools. Also, customer support could be more responsive.
