From the start, their website was impressively easy to navigate with a clean and professional design. It was straightforward to find the services I needed, especially in the "Domestic Electrical Services" section. This clear layout facilitated a seamless booking process.

I recently used All Star Utilities for my home energy needs, and I must say I'm not very impressed. The website looks somewhat outdated, and navigating through the pages is a hassle. It took me way too long to find the tariff information I was looking for. The customer service is another story; it took forever to get a response to my email queries. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, they were rude and unhelpful. I expected better from a company that claims to be top-notch in utility services. Additionally, their prices are not competitive at all. I found out later that other providers offer much better rates and rewards. As for their "green energy" claims, I did my research and found out they are not as environmentally-friendly as they would like you to believe. This was a major letdown because I was specifically looking for a provider that supports sustainable energy. Billing is another issue; the bills are confusing, and it’s hard to track what you are actually paying for. The whole experience felt like a chore and not a service. Lastly, the lack of transparency was concerning. I had difficulty obtaining clear information about additional fees and charges. Overall, I would not recommend All Star Utilities to anyone who values reliable and transparent utility services. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

I tried their utility service, but honestly, it was disappointing. Customer support seemed unhelpful and my issues took forever to get resolved. Also, the bill estimation was always higher than expected. Not sure if I'll stick around.
