I purchased an air purifier from AirTec Solutions, and honestly, I'm disappointed. It doesn't seem to work as well as advertised. The air quality in my home hasn't improved much, and the device is quite noisy. Expected better for the price. š
I was honestly quite disappointed with my experience on AirTec Solutions. From the beginning, the website navigation seemed cluttered and confusing, making it hard to find the information I needed. The layout is not user-friendly, and many of the links I tried to click on led to error pages or simply didn't load at all. I was particularly frustrated because I had high hopes reading some of the positive reviews, but my personal experience didn't align with those optimistic accounts. When I finally managed to get in touch with customer service, the response was slow and unhelpful. It took them days to answer a simple query about product specifications, and even then, the information provided was vague and did not address my concerns directly. I also found the language on the website to be overly technical and not easily understandable for someone who's not an expert in the field. It's supposed to be accessible, but it feels like you need a degree in engineering to decipher some of the content. The products themselves are another story. The descriptions appeared promising, but upon receiving my order, the quality was vastly underwhelming. Parts were missing, and the assembly instructions were poorly translated, making it nearly impossible to put together. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. Overall, Iād rate my experience as below average. There are definitely better options out there that offer more reliable service and higher-quality products. To sum up, I would not recommend AirTec Solutions unless they make significant improvements to their website functionality, customer service, and product quality.
