I had high expectations for aesthetics-supplies.co.uk, but unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. First and foremost, I found the website incredibly difficult to navigate. The interface is outdated and not user-friendly at all. Every time I tried to search for a specific product, I was bombarded with irrelevant search results, making it very frustrating to find what I actually needed. Moreover, the variety of products available was disappointing. Despite the site’s claim to offer a wide range of aesthetic supplies, I found the selection quite limited and not as diverse as I had hoped. This was particularly frustrating because I was looking for some specific brands and products that I had heard great things about, but they were nowhere to be found on this site. Another major issue I encountered was with the pricing. Many of the products are overpriced compared to other suppliers. I did a little research and found that identical products were available for significantly lower prices on other websites. This has led me to question the value of purchasing from this site considering the higher costs. The shipping was also a major letdown. Despite paying extra for expedited shipping, my order was delayed and arrived almost a week late. There was no communication from the site informing me of any delays, and I had to constantly check the status myself. This level of poor customer service is not acceptable, especially when dealing with time-sensitive products. Lastly, the quality of the products I received was below expectations. Some items appeared to be nearing their expiration dates, and the packaging was subpar. Given the expensive prices, I expected a far better quality and overall experience. In summary, aesthetics-supplies.co.uk fell short on multiple fronts including navigation, product variety, pricing, shipping, and product quality. I am highly disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this website to anyone looking for reliable and reasonably priced aesthetic supplies.
I ordered several products from this sit, but the quality was really disappointing. The customer service is also very slow to respond. I won't be buying from here again.
