I recently ordered from a2tshop.it and my experience has been far from satisfactory. First, I'd like to mention that the website itself is not very user-friendly. Navigating through the various categories felt like a chore, and the search function is quite slow and often returns irrelevant results. When I finally managed to find the items I wanted, the checkout process was unnecessarily complicated. It took me a lot of time to input my information because the website kept logging me out for no reason. I selected express shipping, hoping to receive my order quickly, but it took almost two weeks for my package to arrive, which is absolutely not acceptable for express delivery. To make matters worse, when I received my order, one of the items was missing, and another was damaged. I immediately contacted customer service, but their response was extremely disappointing. Not only did they take several days to get back to me, but their response was also unhelpful and borderline rude. They questioned if I had actually received a damaged item, insinuating that I might be lying, which made the whole ordeal even more frustrating. They eventually agreed to send a replacement for the damaged item, but I had to cover the shipping costs. The missing item has yet to be addressed, and I have little hope that the issue will be resolved anytime soon. Moreover, the quality of the products was very underwhelming, especially considering the steep prices. I expected much higher quality for the amount of money I spent. Overall, I would not recommend shopping on a2tshop.it. The poor website design, slow shipping, lackluster product quality, and abysmal customer service make this a highly unfavorable shopping experience. Save your money and shop elsewhere. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had in a long time. Will not be coming back.
