Got coverage for my Japanese import with 2Gether. Kinda expensive, but I guess that's the price for specialized insurance. Wish it was cheaper!

I had a frustrating experience with 2GetherInsurance. The customer service was inefficient and took too long to resolve my issues. In addition, the policy coverage was not clearly explained, which caused some misunderstandings. Not satisfied overall.

I am really disappointed with my recent experience with 2Gether Insurance. I had high hopes based on some of the reviews I read, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the claim process was an absolute nightmare. It took forever to get a response from their customer service team, and when they finally did respond, their answers were vague and unhelpful. I felt like I was going in circles just trying to get a straightforward answer. Secondly, the website is not user-friendly at all. Navigating through the different sections to find the information I needed was overly complicated. The layout is confusing, and it took me an unreasonable amount of time to locate the policy details I was looking for. Additionally, the website would frequently crash, making an already frustrating process even more exasperating. Moreover, the policy coverage they offered was not as comprehensive as they led me to believe. When I purchased the policy, I was assured that certain aspects would be covered, but when it came time to file a claim, I was informed that those aspects were excluded. This left me feeling deceived and completely frustrated. In terms of communication, it was a complete disaster. Trying to get in touch with someone over the phone was nearly impossible. I was put on hold for over 45 minutes only to be redirected multiple times, and eventually, the call would drop. Email communication was no better; it took days to receive a reply, and even then, the answers were generic and didn't address my specific concerns. Lastly, the price of the policy ended up being much higher than what was initially quoted. There were hidden fees and additional costs that were not mentioned upfront. This felt like a blatant rip-off, and I wouldn't recommend this insurance company to anyone. I genuinely hope they can improve their services, but as of now, my experience was utterly disappointing.
