I recently used 1Office for opening a new business entity, and my experience was less than satisfactory. I had been enticed by their professional-looking website and the promises of hassle-free services, but the reality was far different. The process took much longer than advertised, and communication was abysmal. It felt impossible to get a straightforward answer out of them, and I constantly had to chase their support team for updates. Their customer service representatives were either not knowledgeable about the specifics of my application or just plain unresponsive. Half the time, it felt like they were simply reading off a script and had no idea about the actual status of my case. Additionally, the website’s user interface, while modern looking, is not user-friendly. Navigating through the various services and getting clear instructions was a nightmare. The FAQs are vague and don’t cover specific issues, forcing me to seek help through their poorly managed customer service. Also, I found many hidden fees that weren't initially mentioned or were very well hidden in the fine print. This lack of transparency really put a dent in my trust for their services. They advertise one price, but you end up paying far more by the end of the process. It's misleading and, frankly, quite unethical. To make matters worse, when I attempted to address these issues with their management, I received dismissive responses with no effort to rectify the situation. All in all, I wouldn't recommend 1Office to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable business setup experience. Save your time, money, and sanity by looking elsewhere.
Really dissapointed! I tried to set up a business in the UK through them, but the proces was so slooow and confusing. :( I expected a lot more given their reputation.

I found the service disapointing. Although they claim to make processes easy, I experienced significant delays and miscommunications. Took much longer than expected to get things done. Not recommended!
