Très bonne organisation pour notre séminaire d'entreprise. Les activités de team-building étaient bien pensées et ont vraiment renforcé la cohésion de notre équipe. 🎉
Expérience décevante. Les transports n’étaient pas ponctuels et les activités étaient basiques. Pour le prix payé, je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux. Je ne recommande pas.
Les activités proposées étaient correctes, mais j'ai trouvé que le service client laissait à désirer. J'ai dû attendre longtemps pour obtenir des réponses. L'organisation pouvait être meilleure.
I recently booked a tour through 1786.travel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. First off, their website is quite difficult to navigate. The user interface feels outdated, and finding specific information about tours, prices, and scheduling is a real hassle. I had to click through several pages just to get basic details, which is frustrating. When I finally managed to book a tour, the confirmation email took forever to arrive. I was left wondering whether my booking had gone through or not for days. The lack of customer support response was another major downside. I tried contacting them through the provided phone number and email, but it seemed like they were always busy or unavailable. You would think that a travel website would have better customer service in place to handle queries and issues promptly. The tour itself was also disappointing. The description on the website promised an immersive experience with knowledgeable guides, but what we got was far from it. The guide seemed uninterested and provided very minimal information about the sites we visited. The transportation was not very comfortable, and the itinerary was not well-organized, leading to a lot of wasted time. For the price I paid, I expected a lot more in terms of quality and service. I would not recommend using 1786.travel for booking any tours unless they make significant improvements in their service and website usability. It’s just not worth the hassle and disappointment, especially when there are so many other travel websites out there that provide better service and more value for your money.
Je suis très content du service fourni par 1786. Les transferts étaient impeccables, et les activités proposées étaient diverses et captivantes. J'ai particulièrement adoré la randonnée sur le Mont Blanc. Un voyage inoubliable !
Services très décevants, l’organisation n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les transferts privés promis sont arrivés en retard. Les guides manquaient d’enthousiasme et de connaissances. Pour le prix payé, nous nous attendions à une expérience bien meilleure.
