Deze website stelt me echt teleur. Ik citeer de beweringen dat ze een breed scala aan activiteiten aanbieden, maar elke keer dat ik iets leuks wil boeken, is het vol of niet beschikbaar. Dit is alsof het een gebruikelijke norm voor hen is - om beloften niet waar te maken. De navigatie door de site is ook niet intuïtief. Het menu is verwarrend en de zoekfunctie leverde vaak irrelevante resultaten. Bovendien zijn de prijzen niet competitief. Ik heb vergelijkbare activiteiten elders goedkoper gevonden met een betere klantenservice. Spreek ik over de klantenservice, zelfs dit was rondweg rampzalig. De communicatie was traag en het gevoel was dat ze zich niet echt bekommerden om mijn problemen. De layout van de site lijkt ook verouderd en niet erg aantrekkelijk. Je zou denken dat in het huidige tijdperk met alle beschikbare technologie, ze minimaal een prettige gebruikerservaring kunnen bieden. Zelfs de boekingsbevestigingen kwamen vaak met fouten of dubbelingen, wat behoorlijk verwarrend was. Het heeft te lang geduurd voordat ik terugbetalingen kreeg voor activiteiten die uiteindelijk geannuleerd werden. Over het geheel genomen doet deze site niets speciaals en maakt de gebruikerservaring eerder frustrerend dan plezierig. Voor zover ik weet, ga ik niet snel weer terug naar deze site.

Deze website voldeed niet aan mijn verwachtingen. De informatie was onduidelijk en het bestelproces was verwarrend. Bezorging duurde veel langer dan beloofd. Zal hier niet snel weer bestellen.
