As a tech enthusiast, these details are critical in deciding whether to purchase a robotic kit. Moreover, the loading speed of the website was frustratingly slow. Ich bin ehrlich gesagt ziemlich enttäuscht von dieser Website. Die Navigation ist super verwirrend und unübersichtlich. Man weiß einfach nie, wohin man klicken muss, um die gewünschten Informationen zu finden. Das Layout wirkt veraltet und das Design ist nicht benutzerfreundlich. Ich habe eine ewigkeit gebraucht, um die Infos zu finde, die ich suchte. Dazu kommt, dass viele Inhalte anscheinend veraltet sind. Artikel und Beiträge scheinen seit Jahren nicht aktualisiert worden zu sein, was das Vertrauen in die Aktualität der Informationen untergräbt. Außerdem fand ich die Ladezeiten katastrophal. Es dauert gefühlte Ewigkeiten, bis die Seiten vollständig geladen sind, was besonders frustrierend ist, wenn man versucht, schnell einige Infos zu bekommen. Ich hatte erwartet, auf einer spezialisierten Webseite für Robotik auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik und mit relevanten Inhalten versorgt zu werden, aber das war hier definitiv nicht der Fall. Der Kundendienst scheint auch nicht besonders responsiv zu sein. Ich habe eine Anfrage abgeschickt und nach Tagen immer noch keine Antwort erhalten. Über die mobile Ansicht will ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Auf einem Smartphone ist die Seite fast unbenutzbar. Alles in allem eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung und ich werde die Seite wohl nicht wieder besuchen. Schade, dass hier so viel Potenzial verschenkt wird.
